We are currently looking for a Vibrant and Enthusiastic Receptionist/Admin Assistant. Previous experience within a corporate environment with proven experience within administration and reception will be highly regarded for ongoing temporary assignments through Randstad. To be successful in this role you will: - Have excellent MS Office skills and experience
- Previous use of Switchboard(s)
- Be professional in your presentation and phone manner
- Show initiative when given a task to run with it
- Be able to take on increased workload when the heat is on
- Meet and greet visitors
- Be accountable and ask for help when you need it
- Screening of all incoming calls
Personal qualities will include: - A can-do attitude
- Great presentation
- Ability to communicate with people from all walks of life
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new environments
