An international leader in their field is seeking an experienced Chargeback Officer to assist in their finance and administration department. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role will involve, but will not be limited to; processing of retrieval requests, compilation of valid documentation for declined chargeback's, written and phone communication with merchants and daily reconciliations of settlement reports.

As the ideal candidate you will have sound knowledge and experience working with credit card chargeback, voucher retrieval processing and an understanding of chargeback reason codes and timeframes. You will be enthusiastic and reliable team player, a quick learner, self motivated and display exceptional communication skills.
