In this highly detail driven role, you will apply strong analysis and investigative skills to assess potential fraudulent behaviour, control and prevent deposits, process transfers and cashouts, provide support to customers and manage internally escalated support issues. Key to this role is a great sense of customer service, a stable work history, great follow up skills and a drive for results. We are seeking 'out the box' thinkers who have superb attention to detail. You must hold Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship and be available to work on a rotating roster, including some weekend work (but no night shifts).
