We are currently looking for experienced customer service professionals for casual roles within a busy emergency services call centre. Your roster will be dependant on call flow and coverage and will vary week to week.

 To be successful for this role the following is essential:

• Availability to commence immediately
• Availability for shifts on a 24hr 7 days per week basis
• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated telephony skills
• Superior communication skills
• A level head and ability to cope in stressful situations
• An analytical mind to be able to think outside the square
• 35 WPM typing - 98% Accuracy
• A professional and flexible attitude

This role can vary from being extremely busy to extremely quiet so the ability to self motivate is essential. If coupled with outstanding customer service skills and a flexible attitude you will shine in this role.
