We are currently seeking 5 Senior Call Centre Operators, for on-call casual work within the CBD of Wollongong. Our Client is a Government Department, responsible for responding to calls 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The successful applicants will demonstrate their ability to problem solve, think laterally and analyse critical and non critical situations. Your roster will be dependant on call flow and back up coverage and will vary week to week. Therefore we are seeking applicants who are looking for casual work only. Duties include: - Assisting Call operators
- Call coaching and training
- Escalated calls
- Call Centre floor walking
The successful applicant must have: - Strong analytical skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Outstanding customer service
- Supervisory or management experience
- The ability to be available on-call 24/7
This role can vary from being extremely hectic to extremely quiet so the ability to self motivate is essential and if coupled with outstanding customer service skills and flexible attitude you will shine in this role.
