The Opportunity A Division Manager, a newly created role in our Melbourne Branch with accountability for leading and managing approximately 20 staff and a diverse portfolio of clients and recruitment campaigns is now available for the right individual. Already highly profitable the opportunity is available for the right person to consolidate and develop the business and take it to the next level. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for: ??? people & operational leadership ??? project and resource planning ??? financial management and business development Ideally we are seeking an individual who has an extensive background in a management role from within the recruitment industry. The individual will have driven sales and profit, will have led and managed a team by effectively optimising, engaging and harnessing their human capital, and will have demonstrated competence at designing, implementing and managing large scale recruitment projects. In addition they will be a capable negotiator and have demonstrated capability in winning and holding a high yielding client base.
