Our client is growing in leaps and bounds. They have now moved to their brand new offices in Western Sydney. They are looking for a Technical Officer - Calibration to permanently add to this growing team in Sydney. They want a hands-on electronic/electrical background in bench calibration and small team management. Candidates need to have solid understanding of RF and NATA/ISO17025. If you hold (or have held) a Defence Security Clearance and comply with Department of Defence ITAR's (International Trade in Arms Regulations) requirements then that would be a big bonus.
Main functions of this role will include: Testing / Repairing / Calibrating electronic equipment using: function generators, power meters etc. in a laboratory environment. You will be working across multiple industries in a challenging learning environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have completed a post-secondary program in electronics
• 3 + years experience in testing, repairing & calibrating electronic equipment
• Clear written and spoken communication skills in English
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
