We are seeking an HR Consultant or skilled Allied Health professional to play a pivot consultancy role within this large CBD organisation. You will be utilised for your expertise in Work Cover, Injury prevention and Return to Work advice and provide valued support to the Leadership team and to all staff. This is an opportunity to work ‘in-house’ to support, monitor and coordinate the return to work for staff and managers.
Working within the Human Resources team, you will drive the education strategy around the organisations duty of care when it comes to OH+S and Accident Compensation to raise awareness across the organisation. In addition this is an opportunity to develop and implement projects to enhance wellness and promote awareness within the work place to encourage preventative measures.
Crucial to your success in this role is your demonstrable interpersonal skills, confidentiality and ability to engage a range of internal and external stakeholders in a highly professional manner.
The successful candidate will possess the following;
- A sound understanding of relevant Legislative requirements
- A Tertiary Qualification in an appropriate Allied Health Profession A solutions focus and active listening skills S
- ignificant expertise in WorkCover management and Return to Work programs
- Strong written communication skills and project management skills
