This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter with volume recruitment experience, ideally within the Call Centre environment. Based onsite as part of a large, national team, you will be responsible for managing volume recruitment processes and assessment centres. Working as part of a successful team you will: - Manage the pipelines of candidates for 30+ roles per month
- CV screen, shortlist and phone screen candidates
- Run monthly assessments centres and collate feedback for Hiring Managers
- Work with your manager to reduce time to fill
- Qualify suitable candidates and tightly manage the recruitment process
- Ensure data integrity is complete for all new employees
To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate: - Previous experience within the volume recruitment space
- Strong candidate management skills
- Experience running assessment centres
- A proactive approach to process improvement
- Experience managing an end to end recruitment or candidate management process
- Excellent attention to detail
