This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter with volume recruitment experience, ideally within the Call Centre environment.

Based onsite as part of a large, national team, you will be responsible for managing volume recruitment processes and assessment centres. Working as part of a successful team you will:

• Manage the pipelines of candidates for 30+ roles per month
• CV screen, shortlist and phone screen candidates
• Run monthly assessments centres and collate feedback for Hiring Managers
• Work with your manager to reduce time to fill
• Qualify suitable candidates and tightly manage the recruitment process
• Ensure data integrity is complete for all new employees

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:

• Previous experience within the volume recruitment space
• Strong candidate management skills
• Experience running assessment centres
• A proactive approach to process improvement
• Experience managing an end to end recruitment or candidate management process
• Excellent attention to detail

We are looking for a process-focused, high energy person with an enthusiasm for providing great service delivery as part of a busy onsite team. Previous experience recruiting Call Centres will be a definite advantage.
