Junior Technician
Working with other members of the support team you will provide total client support, delivering technical support and advice to clients, as well as researching and implementing new and relevant technologies to fit customer needs.
You should be able to build a Windows server and be able to set up an Active Directory, a DNS server from scratch, Routing and Remote access, File and print server, Exchange server as well as User and folder permissions. You will need a very solid knowledge of Microsoft platforms and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office 2007 and 2003. The ability to set up an SQL server is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Junior Programmer
Working with the lead programmer you will be assisting with the development of a CRM IP Telephony Integration Application in Microsoft Visual Studio and PHP.
To be considered for the role you should have basic computer programming skills. Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and PHP would be advantageous, however good communication skills and a friendly personality is a must.
Eligibility Criteria:
· NOT completed any qualification above a Certificate II;
· Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or a New Zealand Citizen that has resided in Australia for more than 6 months.
