Based in the Eastern Suburbs, our client is a leader in the management of energy infrastructure and the provision of energy related products. An opportunity has become available for an experienced HP QC Administrator to join their team working on the AMI Testing Plan for an initial 10 Month Contract. The HP QC administrator will be responsible for administration of QC including training, providing access and ensuring test cases and steps, executed tests and documented test results are captured in HP QC. Responsibilities will include: - QC Administration
- Set up a new instance of HP QC (installation and configuration)
- HP QC site administration, including user access and establishments of new projects.
- Provide training to team members on how to use QC to trace requirements to test cases, run test scripts and raise defects.
- Management Reporting from QC
- Monitor defects raised during testing to ensure a timely resolution.
- Change defect status as they are assigned, resolved and ready for re-test.
- Provide daily report of defects status to Test Leads or Manager as required.
- Traceability Matrix Management
- Ensure all DPI and business requirements are imported into QC and traced to test cases.
- Ensure all test cases designed are traced to the relevant business requirements
- Monitor traceability matrix and ensure all requirements are linked to requirements.
- Management of Test Execution
- Test Summary Reporting
Skills and Experience: - Experience as a HP QC Administrator
- Previous experience in an Enterprise Environment
