The Opportunity
As a Case Manager at QBE you will provide end to end claims management for your client portfolio, drawing on your exceptional customer service and decision making skills to achieve return to work objectives. The QBE Connect Case Management model involves face to face contact with stakeholders through case conferencing, claims reviews and on site visits.
