Youll call on your strong understanding of business requirements and adult education to conduct best practice assessment evidence decisions for the staff enrolled in our Accredited Certificate Program. Youll be at ease building great relationships with trainees, managers and training staff, and harness your strong people skills to engage our teams and keep them motivated to learn.

What you will need is a Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, a Diploma in Management, proven experience in vocational education and training, exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and adapt to an ever-changing environment. Youll ideally come from an RTO that has provided you with the expertise to take people through the end-to-end traineeship process, assessment validation and AQTF requirements.
